The daily maintenance of the water pump is very important. It is necessary to take care of and repair it regularly. If there is a fault, it will be a big trouble. If there is a delay in work, it will cost money to repair the water pump. Zui mainly pays no attention to the maintenance at ordinary times, it will shorten the service life of the water pump. Therefore, if you are interested, you can take a look at 10 aspects that need to be paid attention to in water pump maintenance:
1. Regularly check whether the motor and pump body are lack of oil and whether the bearing operation sound is normal during the operation of the water pump.
2. Whether the concentricity of electric coupling and pump coupling is consistent
3. Check whether the suction pipe of the water pump is leaking.
4. Check whether the balance pipe is blocked
5. Whether the outlet pressure of water pump is normal
6. Whether the pump vibrates too much during operation
7. Whether the bearing seat of water pump is overheated
8. Whether manual turning is flexible
9. Whether the installation foundation of water pump is firm
10. The water pump is sealed with packing, so it is necessary to add fastening or replace shaft sleeve frequently.
Check whether the pipeline and joint of multistage pump are loose. Turn the multi-stage pump by hand to see if it is flexible. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and replace or supplement the lubricating oil in time. Screw out the water plug of the multi-stage pump body, and fill the water (or slurry). Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe. Jog the motor and try to see if it turns correctly. Start the motor, when the multi-stage pump is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see the appropriate pressure, and then gradually open the gate valve, and check the motor load. Try to control the flow and lift of the multi-stage pump within the range indicated on the label, so as to ensure that the multi-stage pump operates at the Zui rate point, so as to obtain a large energy saving effect of Zui. During the operation of DF multi-stage pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the Zui high temperature shall not exceed 80C. In case of abnormal sound of multistage pump, stop the pump immediately and check the cause.
